　　独立学院学生所受压力有它自身的独特性存在。同时，根据压力对学生造成的影响来看，分作正面压力、负面压力和中性压力。每类压力又潜在地存在着各种积极或是消极的因子，压力类型是根据积极或消极因子所占比例而区分其性质。所以对压力的释放与消除除却学科、性别、年级等因素的考虑，以及内部自我与外部帮组两种渠道同时作用外，还应考虑对压力因子的分析与引导或是稳定。基于此，本文将从各类造成压力的原因，以及压力类型来综合考量，以对独立学院学生压力的释放与消除做一个试探。

Independent college student stress has its own unique-ness, and it can be divided into positive pressure, negative pres-sure and neutral pressure. Each kind of pressure and potentially exists various positive or negative factor, and pressure type is distinguished by its properties according to the proportion of pos-itive or negative factors. So pressure elimination should consider subject, gender, grade and other factors, as well as internal and external factors and their stability. Based on this, makes an at-tempt of pressure elimination for college students in dependent colleges.
