　　随着网络技术的迅速发展，网络对高校的发展产生了很大的影响。一方面，网络的发展为构建和谐校园，促进校园文化发展，提供了难得的机遇：另一方面，网络发展的不确定性，也给学校的良性发展带来了挑战。本文从对校园文化的内涵以及构建网络环境下的校园文化所面临的现实问题方面入手，提出了建设网络环境下的校园文化的对策，并探讨了开展丰富的校园网络文化活动对校园文化营造了良好氛围。

With rapidly development of the network technology, network has a great influence on the development of colleges and universities. On the one hand, development of the network pro-vides a good chance to construct harmonious campus,promote the development of the college culture. On the other hand, the uncertainty of the network positive development brings the chal-lenge. Based on the connotation of campus culture and practical problems of building campus culture in the network environ-ment,the text puts forward the suggestions for building the cam-pus culture and probes into the abundant campus network cul-tural activities to create a good atmosphere of campus culture.
