用高效液相色谱法梯度洗脱法检测嘧菌酯生产废水中的水杨腈及嘧菌酯。嘧菌酯在1~20 mg/L 范围内呈现良好线性(R=0.9994),回收率为97.3%~102.5%;水杨腈在5~100 mg/L范围内呈现良好线性(R=0.9999)回收率为96.5%~106.3%。本法操作简便快速,可作为嘧菌酯生产废水中嘧菌酯和水杨腈含量监测的控制方法。

A high performance liquid chromatographic method was used for the determination of azoxystrobin in waste water. Good linearity of was obtained over the range of 1~20 mg/L(R=0.9994) for azoxystrobin and 5~100 mg/L (R=0.9999) for 2-hydroxy-benzonitril. The average recoveries ranged 97.3%~102.5%for azoxystrobin and 96.5%~106.3%for 2-hydroxy-benzonitril. The method is fast and simple for the residue detection and analysis of azoxystrobin and 2-hydroxy-benzonitril in the waste water of the production of azoxystrobin.
