研究并建立水产品中铝的常规检验方法,采用微波消解的前处理方法,以铬天青S作为显色剂在波长620 nm处进行比色定量,铝在0.5~6.0μg/25 mL时,其吸光度与质量浓度之间的回归方程为:y=0.146x+0.0071,相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.2μg,RSD为1.31%~3.11%,加标回收率为94.7%~97.0%。结果表明,该方法操作简单,灵敏稳定.数据准确可靠。

A novel method for determination of aluminum in aquatic products was developed in the paper. The sample was dissolved with microwave digestion and determined by spectrophotometry on wave length 620 nm. In the 0.5~6.0 μg/25 mL, Aluminm its absorbance and concentration of the regression equation y=0.146x+0.0071, a correlation coefficient of 0.9996, the detection limit of 0.3μg. RSD of 1.31%~3.11%, recoveries were 94.7%~97.0%. Condusion, the mesthod is simple, sensitive and stable, accurate and reliable.
