针对中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼化分公司火炬气回收LG36/0.65型螺杆压缩机组出现振动偏大的情况,通过现场振动监测及频谱分析结合,找出了机组振动偏大的主要原因,提出了解决方案及采取了相应改造措施,螺杆压缩机振动烈度明显减小,数值下降到允许范围内,达到满意的效果。

For the problem of LG36/0.65 screw compressors vibration too large in the exhaust recovery of CNOOC Oil&Petrochemicals Co., Ltd, Huizhou Company, the combining method of the scene vibration monitoring and spectrum analysis was used. The main reason for vibration was found out, the improved measure and solution was related to be made. The vibration tend to apparently decrease of screw compressors, and was fallen within its ambit. The result was satisfying.
