考察了磁性壳聚糖微球对磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸缓冲溶液中小牛白蛋白的吸附性能,采用TEM(透射电镜)、XRD(X-射线粉末衍射)分析微球的形貌、组成,深入探讨了磁性壳聚糖微球用量对蛋白质脱除率的影响、吸附温度和蛋白质溶液离子强度对微球吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,蛋白质脱除率随磁性壳聚糖微球用量增大而增大,最终趋于平稳;随着温度升高,微球吸附蛋白量先增加后减小;蛋白溶液离子强度增加,微球吸附蛋白量降低。
攷察瞭磁性殼聚糖微毬對燐痠氫二鈉-檸檬痠緩遲溶液中小牛白蛋白的吸附性能,採用TEM(透射電鏡)、XRD(X-射線粉末衍射)分析微毬的形貌、組成,深入探討瞭磁性殼聚糖微毬用量對蛋白質脫除率的影響、吸附溫度和蛋白質溶液離子彊度對微毬吸附性能的影響。實驗結果錶明,蛋白質脫除率隨磁性殼聚糖微毬用量增大而增大,最終趨于平穩;隨著溫度升高,微毬吸附蛋白量先增加後減小;蛋白溶液離子彊度增加,微毬吸附蛋白量降低。

The adsorption properties of magnetic chitosan microsphere for BSA in Na2HPO4-citrate buffer solution were studied. The morphology and compositions of magnetic chitosan microsphere were characterized by TEM, XRD, and effects of amount of magnetic chitosan microsphere on removing rate of protein, adsorption temperature, ion intensity on the adsorption performance were also discussed in detail. The experimental results indicate that deprivation rate of protein increases with the increase of magnetic chitosan microsphere amount and then tend to be stable. The amount of adsorbed protein first increases then decreases when temperature increased, and the The ionic intensity of protein solution increases resulting in low amount of protein adsorbed by magnetic chitosan microsphere.
