采用计算流体力学(CFD)对旋流式喷雾干燥塔中热风管及热风环结构优化。应用湍流 RNG/k-e模型模拟干燥塔内部流场。计算热风管及热风环三种不同结构(即热风管与无挡板热风环水平面相切连接,热风管与有挡板热风环水平面相切连接以及热风管与热风环水平面正交连接)中16个通道体积流量相对标准偏差(a)。从而得出,热风管与热风环水平面正交的连接方式(a=12.947%)为最佳连接方式。

Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was used in the optimization of the hot wind pipe and the air ring structure in swirl spray drying tower. And turbulence RNG/k-e model was used in simulating the internal flow field of drying tower. Calculating 16 channels volume flow relative standard deviations (a) in three different structures of the hot air tube and the air ring (plane tangent connection of hot tube and no baffle air ring;plane tangent connection of hot tube and baffle air ring and plane orthogonal connection of hot air pipe and air ring). Conclusion:the plane orthogonal connection of hot air pipe and the air ring mode (a=12.947%) is the best connection mode.
