通过水泥生料易烧性、以及熟料XRD、SEM和水泥强度等试验,研究了城市生活污泥的掺烧量对水泥品质的影响。结果表明,水泥生料中掺烧城市生活污泥可以改善并提高水泥生料的易烧性。当污泥掺量低于15 wt%时,随污泥掺量增多,熟料中A矿量增大,B矿量减少,熟料的抗折和抗压等物理性能显著增强,水泥品质得到提高。当污泥掺量超过15%wt时水泥品质略有下降。适宜的污泥掺烧量不大于15 wt%,利用水泥窑掺烧处理城市生活污泥是可行的。
通過水泥生料易燒性、以及熟料XRD、SEM和水泥彊度等試驗,研究瞭城市生活汙泥的摻燒量對水泥品質的影響。結果錶明,水泥生料中摻燒城市生活汙泥可以改善併提高水泥生料的易燒性。噹汙泥摻量低于15 wt%時,隨汙泥摻量增多,熟料中A礦量增大,B礦量減少,熟料的抗摺和抗壓等物理性能顯著增彊,水泥品質得到提高。噹汙泥摻量超過15%wt時水泥品質略有下降。適宜的汙泥摻燒量不大于15 wt%,利用水泥窯摻燒處理城市生活汙泥是可行的。
통과수니생료역소성、이급숙료XRD、SEM화수니강도등시험,연구료성시생활오니적참소량대수니품질적영향。결과표명,수니생료중참소성시생활오니가이개선병제고수니생료적역소성。당오니참량저우15 wt%시,수오니참량증다,숙료중A광량증대,B광량감소,숙료적항절화항압등물이성능현저증강,수니품질득도제고。당오니참량초과15%wt시수니품질략유하강。괄의적오니참소량불대우15 wt%,이용수니요참소처리성시생활오니시가행적。
In order to investigated the influence of mixed incineration amount of the municipal sludge on the cement quality, the burnability of raw cement, the XRD and SEM characters of the cement clinker and strength of cement have been explored. The results showed that the mixed incineration of municipal sludge in the raw cement could improve the burnability of the raw cement. With the increasing of mixed incineration amount of sludge below 15 wt%, the amount of Alite crystalline phase in the cement clinker increased, the mount of Belite crystalline phase decreased and the physical properties such as bending strength and compressive strength significantly increased, the cement quality was improved. The cement quality was slightly decreased when mixed incineration amount of sludge was above 15 wt%. Mixed incineration amount lower than 15 wt%was appropriate. The method of the municipal sludge mix-incinerated in the cement turning kiln is feasible.
