随着高层建筑日益增多，提高高层建筑承台基础梁及筏板的施工质量成为施工企业的技术难点。文章通过工程实例，详细探讨了南宁铁路局南宁南站小区三期（西区）职工住宅工程的承台基础梁及筏板在模板安装、钢筋施工、砼浇筑等施工过程，以期提高承台梁及筏板的施工质量。

With the increasing of the high-rise buildings, improving the construction quality of foundation beams based on pile caps and rafts in the high-rise buildings is becoming the technological difficulty to enterprises. Through an engineering case, the article discusses the applications of foundation beams based on pile caps and rafts in the construction of template in-stalled, reinforced concrete construction and concrete casting, in 3 period (west end)worker housing project of Nanning south station neighborhood by Nanning railway bureau, in order to improve the construction quality of foundation beams based on pile caps and rafts.
