目的评价我国轮状病毒中疫苗(lanzhou lamb rotavirus vaccine,LLR)的保护效果.方法在PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、CNKI、SinoMed、万方数据库等数据库中检索相关文献,将有关轮状病毒疫苗保护效果的研究纳入分析.采用软件Stata1 1.0中的Meta分析方法对纳入的文献进行异质性检验,选取固定效应模型(P＞0.1)或随机效应模型(P≤0.1)对文献报道的RR进行合并,求其效应合并值及95％ CI.疫苗保护效果为[(1-RR)×100％].结果共纳入10篇文献,均为队列研究.LLR对轮状病毒胃肠炎的保护率为72％(95％CI:63％～79％)；对轮状病毒导致的重症腹泻保护率为70％ (95％CI:40％～85％).结论接种LLR可降低轮状病毒腹泻的发病,减少重症病例.

Objective To evaluate the vaccine effectiveness (VE) of Lanzhou lamb rotavirus vaccine (LLR) used in China.Methods Literature on the VE of LLR was retrieved by searching electronic databases (PubMed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,SinoMed,and Wanfang Database et al).The heterogeneity chi-squared of literature was calculated by Meta-analysis,then the combined RR and 95％ CI were calculated by fixed effect model (P ＞0.1) or random effect model (P≤0.1).VE was calculated by [(1-RR) ×100％].Results A total of 10 studies were included,and all were cohort study.The VE of LLR against rotavirus gastroenteritis (RVGE) was 72％ (95％ CI:63％-79％) ; The VE of LLR against severe rotavirus gastroenteritis (RVGE) was 70％ (95％ CI:40％-85％).Conclusions LLR can provide good protection against rotavirus gastroenteritis,and reduce the morbidity of severe gastroenteritis cases.
