在我国社会经济的飞速发展的环境下，英语已经成为必不可少的语言工具。在学习英语的过程中，学习者总会借助其方言的语音习惯来帮助发音。本文用迁移理论阐述了方言在英语学习中的影响，以前人的研究为基础分析方言研究对语音发音的消极影响，在青岛工学院进行调查从而得出结论，达到提高学校整体英语水平的目的。

In the environment of rapid social and economic development, English language has become an indispensable tool.
