目的：探讨经皮肾输尿管镜取石术后发生并发症情况。方法：回顾性分析2010年1-12月笔者所在医院泌尿外科收治的经皮肾输尿管镜取石术治疗40例患者的临床资料。结果：40例患者治疗后15例患者术后发生并发症，发生率为37.5%，其中肾造瘘管脱位发生率为12.5%，出血率15.0%，感染率为7.5%，气胸发生率为2.5%。结论：经皮肾输尿管镜取石术可并发出血、感染及气胸等并发症，应及时采取有效措施，减少并发症的发生。
目的：探討經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術後髮生併髮癥情況。方法：迴顧性分析2010年1-12月筆者所在醫院泌尿外科收治的經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術治療40例患者的臨床資料。結果：40例患者治療後15例患者術後髮生併髮癥，髮生率為37.5%，其中腎造瘺管脫位髮生率為12.5%，齣血率15.0%，感染率為7.5%，氣胸髮生率為2.5%。結論：經皮腎輸尿管鏡取石術可併髮齣血、感染及氣胸等併髮癥，應及時採取有效措施，減少併髮癥的髮生。
목적：탐토경피신수뇨관경취석술후발생병발증정황。방법：회고성분석2010년1-12월필자소재의원비뇨외과수치적경피신수뇨관경취석술치료40례환자적림상자료。결과：40례환자치료후15례환자술후발생병발증，발생솔위37.5%，기중신조루관탈위발생솔위12.5%，출혈솔15.0%，감염솔위7.5%，기흉발생솔위2.5%。결론：경피신수뇨관경취석술가병발출혈、감염급기흉등병발증，응급시채취유효조시，감소병발증적발생。
Objective:To explore the complications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy postoperative.Method:To retrospective analyse of the clinical data of 40 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy from January 2010 to December 2010 in our hospital which were admitted to Department of urology.Result:In 40 cases after the treatment of 15 cases of patients with postoperative complications,the incidence rate was 37.5%,the nephrostomy tube dislocation rate was 12.5%,the bleeding rate was 15.0%,the infection rate was 7.5%,the rate of pneumothorax was 2.5%.Conclusion:The complications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy are bleeding,infection and pneumothorax,it should take timely and effective measures to reduce the occurrence of complications.
