骨骼肌萎缩是 COPD 患者常见的全身症状,是导致 COPD 患者生活质量下降和病死率增加的主要危险因素。COPD 骨骼肌萎缩的形成机制非常复杂,与全身炎症反应、氧化应激、缺乏锻炼等因素有关。碳酸酐酶Ⅲ可能也参与了 COPD 患者骨骼肌萎缩的发生。上述刺激因素会降低骨骼肌氧化代谢能力,使肌蛋白分解/合成过程失衡、影响骨骼肌纤维的凋亡过程及改变肌纤维类型和氧化表型,导致骨骼肌功能障碍。
骨骼肌萎縮是 COPD 患者常見的全身癥狀,是導緻 COPD 患者生活質量下降和病死率增加的主要危險因素。COPD 骨骼肌萎縮的形成機製非常複雜,與全身炎癥反應、氧化應激、缺乏鍛煉等因素有關。碳痠酐酶Ⅲ可能也參與瞭 COPD 患者骨骼肌萎縮的髮生。上述刺激因素會降低骨骼肌氧化代謝能力,使肌蛋白分解/閤成過程失衡、影響骨骼肌纖維的凋亡過程及改變肌纖維類型和氧化錶型,導緻骨骼肌功能障礙。

Skeletal muscle atrophy is common systemic symptom in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),it will become the major factor of the decrease of the quality of life and the increase of mortality rate in COPD patients.The mechanism of skeletal muscle atrophy in COPD is very complex,that involves systemic inflammatory reaction,oxidative stress,lack of exercise,etc factors.Carbonic anhydrase Ⅲ may also involve in this mechanism.These stimulus will decrease skeletal muscle oxidative metabolism capacity,make a disbalance between muscle protein degradation and synthesis,influence skeletal muscle fiber apoptosis process and change the muscle fiber type and oxidation phenotype,and finally resulting in skeletal muscle atrophy.
