目的:通过观察微管相关蛋白-2(microtubule associated protein-2,MAP-2)表达的变化研究针灸结合康复法(以后简称针康法)对海马梗死大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将50只清洁级雄性 SD 大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、针刺组、针康组和康复组,每组各10只。采用光化学法诱导大鼠海马梗死造模型,术后24 h 给予干预,14 d后采用 Y-型迷宫测试,评价各组大鼠学习记忆能力;采用免疫组化法观察各组大鼠海马中的 MAP-2表达情况。结果(1)与假手术组比较,其他各组大鼠的学习记忆能力均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在 Y-迷宫试验中,与模型组比较,其余各组学习能力均有所恢复,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),且针康组优于针刺组和康复组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)与假手术组比较,各组大鼠的 MAP-2表达明显,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与模型组相比其余各组表达更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),且针康组优于针刺组和康复组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针康法可促进大鼠学习记忆能力的恢复、上调 MAP-2的表达,效果均优于单纯的针刺和康复训练。

목적:통과관찰미관상관단백-2(microtubule associated protein-2,MAP-2)표체적변화연구침구결합강복법(이후간칭침강법)대해마경사대서학습기억능력적영향。방법장50지청길급웅성 SD 대서수궤분위가수술조、모형조、침자조、침강조화강복조,매조각10지。채용광화학법유도대서해마경사조모형,술후24 h 급여간예,14 d후채용 Y-형미궁측시,평개각조대서학습기억능력;채용면역조화법관찰각조대서해마중적 MAP-2표체정황。결과(1)여가수술조비교,기타각조대서적학습기억능력균명현하강,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。재 Y-미궁시험중,여모형조비교,기여각조학습능력균유소회복,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05),차침강조우우침자조화강복조,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。(2)여가수술조비교,각조대서적 MAP-2표체명현,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。여모형조상비기여각조표체경명현,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05),차침강조우우침자조화강복조,차이구유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론침강법가촉진대서학습기억능력적회복、상조 MAP-2적표체,효과균우우단순적침자화강복훈련。
Objective To explore the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on learning and memory a-bility of rats with hippocampal infarction and expression of tubulin in rats.Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group and acupuncture group,acupuncture rehabilitation group rehabilitation group,10 rats in each group.The photochemical induced hippocampal infarction model,24 h postoperative intervention treatment. After 14 days adoption of Y-type maze evaluation ability of learning and memory of rats and the expression of tubulin immunohistochemistry observation.Results ①Compared with the sham operation group rats learning ability drops ap-parently,difference has statistical significance (P <0.05).Compared with the model group,other groups learning ability has been restored,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),and the acupuncture rehabilitation group was superior to the acupuncture group and the rehabilitation group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).②The expression of tubulin Improved Compared with sham operation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the model group,other groups expressed more obviously,the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P <0.05),and the acupuncture rehabilitation group was superior to the acupuncture group and the rehabilita-tion group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and rehabilitation method can promote the ability of learning and memory recovery,Acupuncture and rehabilitation group results for the Y-type maze is 70.34±11.38 times,better than the model group,the acupuncture group,the rehabilitation group;And upregu-lation of the expression of tubulin,Acupuncture and rehabilitation group results for the MAP-2 is 53.79 ± 9.98,its effect is better than that of simple acupuncture and simple rehabilitation training.
