目的：探讨胃癌切除术后患者肠内外营养支持的护理对策。方法：选取我院2012年1月-2013年8月68例胃癌切除术后患者，将其随机分成研究组与对照组，对照组患者在胃癌切除术后应用肠外营养等常规护理方法，研究组患者则予以肠内外联合营养支持，分析比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组肛门排气，体重，住院时间，住院费用，并发症等方面均明显由于对照组（P＜0.05）；经营养支持，研究组各营养指标明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：胃癌切除术后应用肠内外营养支持明显改善其营养状况，对于患者机体恢复具有重要作用。
목적：탐토위암절제술후환자장내외영양지지적호리대책。방법：선취아원2012년1월-2013년8월68례위암절제술후환자，장기수궤분성연구조여대조조，대조조환자재위암절제술후응용장외영양등상규호리방법，연구조환자칙여이장내외연합영양지지，분석비교량조호리효과。결과：연구조항문배기，체중，주원시간，주원비용，병발증등방면균명현유우대조조（P＜0.05）；경영양지지，연구조각영양지표명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：위암절제술후응용장내외영양지지명현개선기영양상황，대우환자궤체회복구유중요작용。
To investigate the gastric resection in patients with enteral nutrition support nursing. Methods: Our hospital in January 2012 -2013 August 68 gastric cancer patients after resection patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group, the control group of patients after resection of gastric cancer nursing routine application in parenteral nutrition, research patients wil be combined enteral and parenteral nutrition support, analysis and comparison of two treatments effect. Results: The study group flatus aspects, weight, length of stay, hospital costs and complications were significantly due to the control group (P <0.05); operations raise support, nutrition indicators for each study group was significantly higher (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Gastric resection enteral nutrition support significantly improve their nutritional status, body recovery for the patient plays an important role.
