目的：观察超微针刀松解术联合新型生物材料PPDO进行埋线治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将90例痤疮患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。治疗组采用超微针刀松解术配合PPDO微创埋线治疗，对照组采用PPDO微创埋线治疗。两组均治疗3个疗程，并随访3个月对比疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为100%，对照组为84.4%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用超微针刀联PPDO微创埋线治疗痤疮具有良好的临床疗效，而且治疗方便，值得推广。

목적：관찰초미침도송해술연합신형생물재료PPDO진행매선치료좌창적림상료효。방법：장90례좌창환자안취진순서수궤분위치료조45례화대조조45례。치료조채용초미침도송해술배합PPDO미창매선치료，대조조채용PPDO미창매선치료。량조균치료3개료정，병수방3개월대비료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위100%，대조조위84.4%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：응용초미침도련PPDO미창매선치료좌창구유량호적림상료효，이차치료방편，치득추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with novel biological material PPDO catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of acne.Method:90 patients with acne were randomly divided into treatment group(n=45) and control group(n=45).Treatment group was given Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy,control group was treated by PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy.Two groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment and were followed up for 3 months curative effect comparison. Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%,control group was 84.4%,there was statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ultrastructural acupotomy surgery combined with PPDO minimally invasive catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of acne has good curative effect,and convenient treatment,worthy of promotion.
