利用Fluent软件对SXJ-Ⅱ-L-6T 型自激式除尘脱硫装置内的三维二相流场进行数值模拟,气相采用标准 k-ε湍流模型,颗粒相采用离散相模型(DPM ),选择SIM PLEC算法进行计算。分析了装置内气固二相的速度矢量、压力以及固相颗粒的运动轨迹等参数的分布。分析结果表明,气体流经双层交错式挡板时产生明显压降,同时,双层交错式挡板也延长了气体在塔装置内停留时间,从而实现高效净化气体的目的。

이용Fluent연건대SXJ-Ⅱ-L-6T 형자격식제진탈류장치내적삼유이상류장진행수치모의,기상채용표준 k-ε단류모형,과립상채용리산상모형(DPM ),선택SIM PLEC산법진행계산。분석료장치내기고이상적속도시량、압력이급고상과립적운동궤적등삼수적분포。분석결과표명,기체류경쌍층교착식당판시산생명현압강,동시,쌍층교착식당판야연장료기체재탑장치내정류시간,종이실현고효정화기체적목적。
With standard k-εturbulence model and discrete phase model (DPM ) ,3D two-phase flow filed of the SXJ-Ⅱ-L-6T dust-removal desulfurization equipment is simulated by using Fluent software .SIMPLEC algorithm is used to analyze the gas-solid two-phase properties of velocity field , pressure field and solid phase particle trajectory . The simulation results show that pressure is generated obviously w hen the air flow s through the double staggered baffle ,w hile the baffle delay the staying time of the air so the dust could be moved out more efficiently .The numerical simulation result would be helpful for design of the equipment and the actual operation .
