1930煤矿二采区34211回风巷安装一台SQ-80型无极绳绞车运输液压支架等大型设备,因受地质条件影响,回风巷最大坡度达到15°,沿走向巷道出现多处拐弯,在运输支架过程中对钢丝绳磨损非常严重,出现过断绳等事故。通过采用新技术新工艺对钢丝绳进行插接,保证了接头质量,取得了良好的经济效益,此项技术已在新疆焦煤集团推广应用。

3421 1 air return roadway of second mining area in 1930 coal mine installed a SQ-80 type endless rope winch for transporting hydraulic support and other large equipment.Due to affected by geological conditions,the maximum slope of air return roadway reached 15°,along the roadway appear many corners,in the process of transpor-tation support the wear of the wire rope is very serious,there have been rope-broken accident.By using new tech-nology and new process carries out the wire rope splicing,ensures the quality of joints,achieved good economic bene-fits,the technology has already been popularized and applied in Xinjiang coking coal group.
