近年来,越来越多的电液控液压支架广泛应用于煤矿采煤工作面,电液控液压支架具有高产、高效、安全的特点。主控阀是电液控支架中重要的液压控制元件,在使用过程中容易出现串液问题。本文通过对阀芯的结构、工作原理和受力特点进行研究,分析了电液控支架主控阀产生串液的原因,并提出了避免产生主控阀串液的措施。

In recent years,more and more electric and hydraulic powered supports are widely used in coalface. Electric and hydraulic powered support has the characteristics of high yield,high efficiency and safe.The main con-trol valve is an important hydraulic control components of electric and hydraulic powered support,exists liquid break-over problems in the process of using.This paper through the study of valve core structure,working principle and me-chanical characteristics,analyses the reason of main control valve liquid breakover of electric and hydraulic powered supports and puts forward the measures of avoiding main control valve liquid breakover.
