Halfaya油田地质复杂,高压盐膏层钻进过程中极易发生泥包、蠕变缩径、高密度钻井液被高浓度Ca2+污染等问题,钻井液维护难点在于抑制软泥岩分散、稳定pH值、除Ca2+相互关联。通过优选和优化钻井液处理剂,引入聚胺盐类抑制剂BZ-HIB和新型除钙剂BZ-DCA,改进施工技术措施,较好地解决了高密度钻井液流变性控制、除Ca2+、稳定pH值等问题,在提高钻速、降低维护难度等方面效果明显。

The geology of Halfaya Oilifeld is complicated and there tends to be problems such as bit balling, creepage hole shrink-age, pollution of high density drilling lfuid by high concentration Ca2+during the drilling. The dififculties in maintenance of drilling lfuid are inhibition of soft mudstone distribution, stabilization of pH value and elimination of Ca2+. Through selection and optimization of treating agent of drilling lfuid, BZ-HIB and BZ-DCA are introduced and technical measures are improved to solve the problems with control of rheological property of high density mud, stabilization of pH value, and elimination of Ca2+. It has signiifcant effects on in-crease of drilling rate and reduction of dififculty in maintenance.
