　　目的：比较应用过伸牵引复位法加腰椎动力悬吊牵引与平卧硬板床加腰背肌功能锻炼治疗AO-A型胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法：50例分成两组，治疗组28例采用过伸牵引复位法加腰椎动力悬吊牵引治疗，对照组22例采用平卧硬板床加腰背肌功能锻炼治疗，伤后5～6周佩戴胸腰椎过伸支具起床活动。结果：随访6月，两组伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角的恢复治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：采用过伸牵引复位法及腰椎动力悬吊牵引治疗A0-A型胸腰椎骨折疗效较好。
　　목적：비교응용과신견인복위법가요추동력현조견인여평와경판상가요배기공능단련치료AO-A형흉요추골절적료효。방법：50례분성량조，치료조28례채용과신견인복위법가요추동력현조견인치료，대조조22례채용평와경판상가요배기공능단련치료，상후5～6주패대흉요추과신지구기상활동。결과：수방6월，량조상추전연고도、Cobb각적회복치료조우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：채용과신견인복위법급요추동력현조견인치료A0-A형흉요추골절료효교호。
Objective:To contrast the curative effect for the treatment of type A0-A fractures of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae between hyperextension traction reduction combinding with lumbar suspensory traction and prostration on hard bed adding lumbodorsal muscle functional exercise. Methods:In accordance with the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups of 50 cases,taking hyperextension traction reduction and lumbar suspensory traction to treat the treatment group of 28 cases,adopting lumbar suspensory traction and prostration on hard bed adding lumbodorsal muscle functional exercise to cure the control group of 22 cases,meanwhile,5 ~ 6 weeks after injury of group of 22 cases exercise with thoracic and lumbar hyperextension brace up.Results:Following up 6 months,two groups of anterior injure vertebral height,recovery of Cobb angle of the treatment group than the control group,there were significant differences on statistics.Conclusion:The hyperextension traction reposition and lumbar suspensory traction for the treatment of type A0-A fractures of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae,the method is simple,reliable curative effect.
