目的：观察自拟益肺抗瘵丸联合西药四联疗法治疗肺结核的疗效。方法：84例随机分两组，治疗组42例，对照组42例，分别用益肺抗瘵丸结合西医四联疗法（异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、乙胺丁醇）和单纯用西医四联疗法治疗3个疗程。结果：痊愈率治疗组97.6%，对照组76.2%，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论：益肺抗瘵丸联合西药四联疗法治疗肺结核疗效显著。

목적：관찰자의익폐항채환연합서약사련요법치료폐결핵적료효。방법：84례수궤분량조，치료조42례，대조조42례，분별용익폐항채환결합서의사련요법（이연정、리복평、필진선알、을알정순）화단순용서의사련요법치료3개료정。결과：전유솔치료조97.6%，대조조76.2%，량조비교유현저성차이（P＜0.01）。결론：익폐항채환연합서약사련요법치료폐결핵료효현저。
Objective:Observation of curative effect with self tonifying lung anti tuberculosis pill add the quadruple therapy of western medicine in the treatment of tuberculosis.Methods:84 cases oftuberculosis patients were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in treatment group,42 cases in the control group,with self tonifying lung anti tuberculosis pill add the quadruple therapy of western medicine(Isoniazid,pyrazinamide,rifapentine,ethambutol) and simple quadruple therapy of western medicine for 3 course of treatment respectively,comparison of efficacy of the treatment group and control group. Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 97.6%; the control group,the cure rate is 76.2%.The two groups by statistical analysis showed significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusion:Tonifying lung anti tuberculosis pill add the quadruple therapy of western medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis curative effect is remarkable.
