农民专业合作社是推动农业现代化和提高农民收入的重要手段，近年来，在我国各级政府地积极鼓励和引导下，我国农民专业合作社的发展取得了一定的成果。但随着农民专业合作社发展规模的扩大和层次的深入，各种问题也不断地显现出来。在对国内外文献回顾和整理的基础上，归纳出影响农民专业合作社的各种因素，学习西方的先进经验，总结我国研究的不足，以期推动我国农民专业合作社的健康快速发展。

The Specialized Farmers Cooperatives is the important means to promote the agricultural modernization and in-crease farmers' income. In recent years, through the actively encourage and guide by the governments at all levels in China, the development of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives have made a certain progress. But with the enlargement of the scale and level of in-depth, the development of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives meets a lot of problems. In this paper, we review and finishing the related literature at home and abroad, inductive the factors affecting of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives, we learning the advanced experience of western, summarize the shortage of the research in our country, hoping to promote the healthy and rapid development of Specialized Farmers Cooperatives in our country.
