采用不同水性渗透型无机防水剂用量的水泥净浆试件,用X射线衍射分别测量水泥石7d、100d龄期的微观孔结构及化学组成变化。结果表明:随水性渗透型无机防水剂用量增加,水泥净浆的总孔隙量降低,而400nm范围内的孔隙中,1~50nm孔隙的体积比例逐渐增加;7d龄期时,Ca(OH)2和Ca2SiO4晶体的特征衍射峰的相对强度随防水剂用量增加逐渐降低,100d龄期时,两种晶体衍射峰相对强度降低幅度增大。
採用不同水性滲透型無機防水劑用量的水泥淨漿試件,用X射線衍射分彆測量水泥石7d、100d齡期的微觀孔結構及化學組成變化。結果錶明:隨水性滲透型無機防水劑用量增加,水泥淨漿的總孔隙量降低,而400nm範圍內的孔隙中,1~50nm孔隙的體積比例逐漸增加;7d齡期時,Ca(OH)2和Ca2SiO4晶體的特徵衍射峰的相對彊度隨防水劑用量增加逐漸降低,100d齡期時,兩種晶體衍射峰相對彊度降低幅度增大。
채용불동수성삼투형무궤방수제용량적수니정장시건,용X사선연사분별측량수니석7d、100d령기적미관공결구급화학조성변화。결과표명:수수성삼투형무궤방수제용량증가,수니정장적총공극량강저,이400nm범위내적공극중,1~50nm공극적체적비례축점증가;7d령기시,Ca(OH)2화Ca2SiO4정체적특정연사봉적상대강도수방수제용량증가축점강저,100d령기시,량충정체연사봉상대강도강저폭도증대。
Cement paste samples of different inorganic waterproof agent amount are adopted and the change of the micro-pore structure and chemical composition of 7 days and 100 days cement are studied with nitrogen absorption method and X ray diffraction method. The results show that the ce-ment paste pore amount reduces with the increase of inorganic waterproof agent, and the pore volume of 1-50nm within 400nm. The relative intensity of diffraction peak of Ca (OH)2 and Ca2SiO4, gradually reduce with the increase of waterproof agent amount when at 7 day period, while at 100 day period, the two crystal diffraction peak has obvious reduction range.
