目的:了解贵州桐梓方竹笋中总黄酮和多糖的含量水平,为该食品的保健功效成份提供参考依据。方法:采用超声提取,紫外分光光度法测定方竹笋中的总黄酮和多糖含量。结果:检测方竹笋中总黄酮平均含量为0.859%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.75%(n=5),回收率范围为98.8%~102.2%;多糖平均含量为0.449%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.27%(n=5),回收率范围为98.2%~100.5%。结论:测定的方竹笋干品含有一定量的总黄酮和多糖,对预防保健具有一定功效。超声提取,分光光度法测定方竹笋中总黄酮和多糖的含量,准确性和重现性符合要求。

Objective :Extraction and determination of total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Chimonobambusa utilis from Guizhou Tongzi to pro-vide reference for the health effects of constituents .Methods :Detected the content of total flavonoids and polysaccharides from Chimonobambusa utilis by ultrasonics and ultrviolet spectrophotometric technology .Results :The average total flavonoids content in Chimonobambusa utilis is 0 .859% ,RSD was 0 .75% (n=5) ,and recovery rate was between 98 .8% -102 .2% ;the average polysaccharides content is 0 .449% ,RSD was 1 .27% (n=5) ,and re-covery rate was between 98 .2% -100 .5% .Conclusion:Chimonobambusa utilis contains a certain amount of total flavonoids and polysaccharids ,has certain effect on the prevention and health protection .Ultrasonics and ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was applied to extracting and determina-tion total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Chimonobambusa utilis ,this method of detection is accurate and the repeatability is good .
