Nursing intervention for patients with severe%hand foot and mouth disease
目的：探讨针对性护理干预提高重症手足口病抢救成功率的重要性。方法：将104例手足口病患儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组、观察组各52例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组给予针对性护理干预，并比较两组结果。结果：观察组临床有效率为96%，对照组临床有效率为86%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对重症手足口病进行针对性干预是降低病死率、提高手足口病治愈率减少并发症发生。
目的：探討針對性護理榦預提高重癥手足口病搶救成功率的重要性。方法：將104例手足口病患兒作為研究對象，隨機分為對照組、觀察組各52例，對照組實施常規護理，觀察組給予針對性護理榦預，併比較兩組結果。結果：觀察組臨床有效率為96%，對照組臨床有效率為86%，差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論：對重癥手足口病進行針對性榦預是降低病死率、提高手足口病治愈率減少併髮癥髮生。
목적：탐토침대성호리간예제고중증수족구병창구성공솔적중요성。방법：장104례수족구병환인작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조、관찰조각52례，대조조실시상규호리，관찰조급여침대성호리간예，병비교량조결과。결과：관찰조림상유효솔위96%，대조조림상유효솔위86%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：대중증수족구병진행침대성간예시강저병사솔、제고수족구병치유솔감소병발증발생。
Objective: To investigate the importance of nursing intervention to improve the success rate of rescue of severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods:104 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children as research subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group 52 cases, the implementation of routine care control group, the observation group were targeted nursing interventions, and compare two sets of results. Results: in the observation group, the clinical effective rate was 96%in the control group, the clinical effective rate was 86%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:in patients with severe hand foot and mouth disease targeted intervention is to reduce the mortality rate, improve the hand foot and mouth disease cure rate to reduce the incidence of complications.
