近年来，随着我国经济建设的不断发展与进步，工程造价咨询业也相应得到了发展。因此，规范工程造价咨询单位的行为，发展健康的工程造价咨询业，是一项重要的课题。笔者主要从工程造价咨询业的发展现状和制约因素、制定严格行业制度、规范从业人员的素质、咨询单位个人严格管理等方面对工程造价咨询企业服务质量控制方案进行了探讨。
近年來，隨著我國經濟建設的不斷髮展與進步，工程造價咨詢業也相應得到瞭髮展。因此，規範工程造價咨詢單位的行為，髮展健康的工程造價咨詢業，是一項重要的課題。筆者主要從工程造價咨詢業的髮展現狀和製約因素、製定嚴格行業製度、規範從業人員的素質、咨詢單位箇人嚴格管理等方麵對工程造價咨詢企業服務質量控製方案進行瞭探討。
근년래，수착아국경제건설적불단발전여진보，공정조개자순업야상응득도료발전。인차，규범공정조개자순단위적행위，발전건강적공정조개자순업，시일항중요적과제。필자주요종공정조개자순업적발전현상화제약인소、제정엄격행업제도、규범종업인원적소질、자순단위개인엄격관리등방면대공정조개자순기업복무질량공제방안진행료탐토。
In recent years, with the continuous development and progress of our country's economic construction, engineer-ing cost consulting industry also obtained the development. Therefore, specifying the behavior of engineering cost consult-ing unit, developing the health of engineering cost consultation industry, is an important topic. The author mainly from the de-velopment status and restriction factors of engineering cost co-nsulting industry, strict making the industry system, standard-ize the quality of employees, strict management of advisory u-nit individual, discusses the service quality control scheme de-sign of engineering cost consulting enterprises.
