粉喷桩是以水泥干粉为固化剂,由压缩气体将粉体输送到地基中,与原位软弱土层组成复合地基,从而提高地基承载力。随着以粉喷桩为代表的水泥土体复合地基在软土地基加固中的广泛应用,如何确保地下隐蔽工程的施工质量就显得尤为重要。本文就其施工过程中存在的质量通病提出了防治措施和方法,并就成桩质量检测的方法进行了分析比较。

The DJM pile is taking cement powder as a curing agent, by compressed gas powder conveying to the foundation, and composites foundation with soft soil layer in situ, so as to improve the bearing capacity of foundation. With the wide ap-plication of cement soil composite foundation of DJM pile as a representative in strengthening of soft soil foundation, how to ensure the construction quality of underground engineering is very important, this paper puts forward control measures and methods of quality problems existing in the construction proc-ess, and makes analysis and comparison on pile quality detect-ion method.
