　　随着城市化进程的加快，在高层建筑内部空间的使用上，其综合性、多样性及复杂性的特点更加明显，高层建筑内部空间在使用时的多变性，及对其功能与要求的差异性，使得在建筑设计时，难度越来越高。本文结合某工程实例，阐述了转换层梁架支撑体系在建筑工程中的施工技术，并提出了建筑转换层部位大梁钢筋混凝土施工要点，希望能给同行参考借鉴。

With the acceleration of urbanization, high-rise bu-ildings in the use of interior space, its comprehensive nature, diversity and complexity of the more obvious characteristics of high-rise buildings in the use of the internal space of the vari-ability of their functionality and requirements differences, ma-king the building design, the difficulties increasing.
