Because of many factors such as improper manage-ment, it has caused vary degrees of waste in the housing con-struction. In this article, the author combines with years of ex-periences to explore the phenomenon of construction waste, a-nd puts forward some opinions to take what measures to elimi-nate waste and energy savings. Hoping to save construction c-osts and achieve overal economic efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
