目的:研究4-羟基苯并恶唑-2-酮(4-hydroxy-2-benzoxazolone ,HBOA)对四氯化碳(carbon tetrachloride ,CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:84只KM小鼠分组,造模,给药,采样,检测。结果:和模型组比较,中、高剂量HBOA能降低小鼠血清AST、ALT水平和肝组织MDA含量,升高肝组织SOD和GSH含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时能减轻肝细胞损伤程度(P<0.01)。结论:HBOA对CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与清除自由基,抑制脂质过氧化有关。

목적:연구4-간기분병악서-2-동(4-hydroxy-2-benzoxazolone ,HBOA)대사록화탄(carbon tetrachloride ,CCl4)소치소서급성간손상적보호작용,병탐토기작용궤제。방법:84지KM소서분조,조모,급약,채양,검측。결과:화모형조비교,중、고제량HBOA능강저소서혈청AST、ALT수평화간조직MDA함량,승고간조직SOD화GSH함량(P<0.05,P<0.01),동시능감경간세포손상정도(P<0.01)。결론:HBOA대CCl4유도적소서급성간손상유일정적보호작용,기작용궤제가능여청제자유기,억제지질과양화유관。
Objective :The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effects of 4-hydroxy-2-benzoxazolone (HBOA) on carbon tetrachloride (CCl4 )-induced liver injury as well as the possible mechanisms involved in this pro-tection in mice .Methods :84 KM mice were randomly divided into seven equal groups ,then molding ,injection ,collec-ting the sample and analysis .Results:Compared with the model control group ,the high dose and middle dose of HBOA and positive control group ,the activities of AST and ALT in serum were decreased significantly (P< 0 .05 or P<0.01) .The levels of SOD and GSH in liver were increased significantly (P< 0 .05 or P< 0 .01) ,and MDA was de-creased significantly (P<0 .01) .And the degree of hepatic injury in high dose and middle dose HBOA groups and posi-tive control group could be lessened (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Conclusion:The results show that HBOA can be proposed to protect the liver against CCl4-induced oxidative damage in mice ,and the hepatoprotective effect may be related with its antioxidant and free radical scavenger effects .
