目的了解经尿道双极等离子电切术在膀胱肿瘤疾病中的应用价值。方法将我科室在近期内收治的经单环电切术治疗的23例膀胱肿瘤患者记为普通组，另将同一时间段内收治的26例经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗的患者记为双极组。结果普通组患者与双极组患者在各项数据上比对，除术后出血量具有明显的差异外（P<0.05），其余各项均无明显区别（P>0.05）。此外，双极组患者的不良症状发生情况也少于普通组患者（P<0.05）。结论临床在面对膀胱肿瘤患者时，对其实施经尿道双极等离子治疗后的疗效是可观的，此法可在各医院普遍开展。

Objective To investigate the application value of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of bladder tumors in the. Methods The Department in the near future were treated by single loop electric resection in the treatment of 23 cases of bladder tumor were recorded as normal group, the other 26 cases of the same time period from transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy patients recorded as bipolar group. Results The common group of patients with bipolar patients than in the data, in addition to have obvious dif erence in postoperative bleeding volume and ( <0.05), the others had no significant dif erence ( >0.05). In addition, the adverse symptoms of bipolar patients occurred less than normal group ( <0.05). Conclusion The clinical in the face of bladder tumor patients, on the implementation of the ef ect of transurethral bipolar plasma treatment is considerable, this method can be general y carried out in hospitals.
