目的：研究普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后黄斑囊样水肿的预防作用，探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液在白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后的临床应用价值。方法选取2013年3月～2013年6月在我院行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术、无并发症的65例（80眼）年龄相关性白内障患者，并随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组40眼。治疗组患者术后妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液＋普拉洛芬滴眼液合用2周，单独使用普拉洛芬滴眼液2周，对照组患者术后使用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液4周。结果两组的术后症状和体征无明显差异，在术前、术后3个月时两组均行光学相干断层扫描（ OCT）检查，发现治疗组40眼中有2眼发生黄斑囊样水肿（5％），对照组中有5眼发生黄斑囊样水肿（12．5％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后黄斑囊样水肿的发生有预防作用。
목적：연구보랍락분적안액대백내장초성유화연합인공정체식입술후황반낭양수종적예방작용，탐토보랍락분적안액재백내장초성유화연합인공정체식입술후적림상응용개치。방법선취2013년3월～2013년6월재아원행백내장초성유화연합인공정체식입술、무병발증적65례（80안）년령상관성백내장환자，병수궤분성치료조화대조조，매조40안。치료조환자술후타포매소지새미송적안액＋보랍락분적안액합용2주，단독사용보랍락분적안액2주，대조조환자술후사용타포매소지새미송적안액4주。결과량조적술후증상화체정무명현차이，재술전、술후3개월시량조균행광학상간단층소묘（ OCT）검사，발현치료조40안중유2안발생황반낭양수종（5％），대조조중유5안발생황반낭양수종（12．5％），차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）。결론보랍락분적안액대백내장초성유화연합인공정체식입술후황반낭양수종적발생유예방작용。
Objective To study the prophylaxis effect of pranoprofen eyedrops on cystoid macular edema ( CME) after cataract phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation .To investigate the value of clinical applica-tion of pranoprofen eye drops after cataract phacoemulsification .Methods Eighty eyes from 65 age-related cataract pa-tients undergone cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation from Mar .2013 to Jun.2013 were en-rolled and assigned to the trial group ( n=40 ) and the control group ( n=40 ) randomly ,excluding the subjects with com-plications.After uneventful phacoemulsification and IOL implantation ,the patients in trial group were treated with topical treatment with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone combined with Pranoprofen for 2 weeks and Pranoprofen only for 2 weeks.The patients in control group were treated with topical treatment with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone only for 4 weeks.Results There were no significant differences in symptoms and signs after surgey between two groups .Optical co-herence tomography ( OCT) were performed before cataract surgery and 3 months after cataract phacoemulsification .Two eyes(5%) developed CME in the trial group and 5 eyes(12.5%) in the control group.There were significante differ-ences between 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pranoprofen eye drops reduced the occurrence of CME after cataract phacoemulsification .It is worthy of clinical wide application after cataract surgery .
