　　目的?研究38例喉罩在心血管内科介入手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取我院心血管内科于2010年1月至2013年1月进行介入手术的30例患者，将其分为观察组和对照组，观察组行喉罩置入，对照组行气管插管，观察并记录两组患者的在麻醉诱导前以及喉罩和气管置入前、置入后、拔出时的SpO2、MAP、HR值，同时记录完全清醒时间、拔管时间以及并发症情况。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术，观察组在喉罩和气管置入后、拔出时的MAP、HR值均优于对照组，且完全清醒时间、拔管时间均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在心血管内科介入手术麻醉中采用喉罩可提高手术的安全性，安全有效

Objective To study 38 cases of laryngeal mask airway intervention effect of operation during anesthesia in cardiovascular department of internal medicine. Methods In our hospital from 2010 January to cardiovascular department of internal medicine, January~2013, 30 patients were involved in the operation, which is divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group, the control group laryngeal mask airway, tracheal intubation, observe and record the two groups of patients before anesthesia induction and intubation and laryngeal mask airway stenting, later, when pulling out SpO2, MAP, HR, simultaneous recording of awake time, extubation time and complications. Results Two patients were successfully completed the operation, the observation group in the laryngeal mask and tracheal placement, pull out the MAP, HR values were better than the control group, and awake time, extubation time were superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In cardiovascular department of internal medicine interventional operation anesthesia with laryngeal mask can improve the safety of the operation, safe and effective.
