　　目的?探讨中医辨证施护治疗肠痈的临床疗效。方法将我院外科2010年1月至2012年12月收住的80例保守治疗的肠痈患者按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予常规治疗及护理，而观察组在给予常规治疗的基础上实行辨证施护，观察两组间临床疗效的差异。结果观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组，两组间存在着统计学差异。结论对肠痈患者实行辨证施护具有较好的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。
　　목적?탐토중의변증시호치료장옹적림상료효。방법장아원외과2010년1월지2012년12월수주적80례보수치료적장옹환자안조치료방식적불동분위관찰조화대조조각40례，대조조급여상규치료급호리，이관찰조재급여상규치료적기출상실행변증시호，관찰량조간림상료효적차이。결과관찰조적림상료효명현우우대조조，량조간존재착통계학차이。결론대장옹환자실행변증시호구유교호적림상료효，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM nursing in treatment of Intestinal abscess. Methods 80 cases of conservative treatment in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 December admitted to the Intestinal abscess patients, according to different treatment , was divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, while the observation group was given dialectical nursing on base of routine treatment, The differences of the clinical effect were observed in the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group, there is significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The dialectical nursing on patients with Intestinal abscess has better clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
