目的?研究新诊断2型糖尿病患者治疗前后血液流变学、凝血功能及血小板参数的变化及意义。方法新诊断且无并发症的2型糖尿病患者50例,同时选择40例健康查体者作为对照。治疗前采血检测血流变学、血小板参数和凝血功能,经胰岛素及口服降糖药治疗血糖、糖化血红蛋白控制达标后再次检测上述指标。结果新诊断2型糖尿病患者治疗前全血低切粘度、低切还原粘度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、MVP、PDW、FIB明显高于正常。PLT ,PCT,PT,APTT,TT、明显低于正常。治疗后上述各项指标明显改善,与治疗前比较有显著统计学差异。结论新诊断2型糖尿病患者治疗前血小板参数、血液流变学和凝血功能指标存在明显异常,治疗后上述指标明显改善,定期检测上述指标对于判断糖尿病病情控制和防治血管并发症有重要意义。

Objective To explore the changes and significance of the platelet, hemorheology and coagulation parameters before and after treatment in new diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The levels of PT,APTT and TT, FIB, the platelet parameters and hemorheology in 50 new diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients before and after treatment and 40 healthy controls were measured. Results The level of MVP,PDW,FIB and the whole blood viscosity, low shear reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity were significantly higher and the level of PLT , PCT, PT, APTT, TT were significantly lower before treatment in new diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients compared with those in healthy controls. The above parameters were recovered to normal level after treatment. Conlusions Determination of the four platelet and hemorheology and coagulation parameters in new diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients has an important clinical value to the early prevention and treatment of diabetic angiopathy.
