　　目的：探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将65例细菌性角膜炎患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组30例，观察组患者给予左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗，对照组患者给予氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗，观察对比两组的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果：观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.4%和73.3%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组和对照组治疗前细菌培养阳性率均为100%，治疗2周后，观察组和对照组的细菌转阴率分别为85.7%（30/35）和73.3%（22/30），比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者对所用药物的耐受性均良好，未出现全身不良反应，对视力无影响。结论：盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的疗效显著，副反应轻微，值得推广应用。
　　목적：탐토염산좌양불사성적안액치료세균성각막염적림상료효화안전성。방법：장65례세균성각막염환자수궤분위관찰조35례화대조조30례，관찰조환자급여좌양불사성적안액치료，대조조환자급여양불사성적안액치료，관찰대비량조적림상료효화불량반응정황。결과：관찰조화대조조적총유효솔분별위91.4%화73.3%，비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。관찰조화대조조치료전세균배양양성솔균위100%，치료2주후，관찰조화대조조적세균전음솔분별위85.7%（30/35）화73.3%（22/30），비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。량조환자대소용약물적내수성균량호，미출현전신불량반응，대시력무영향。결론：염산좌양불사성적안액치료세균성각막염적료효현저，부반응경미，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops for the treatment of bacterial keratitis. Method:65 patients with bacterial keratitis were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(30 cases). The observation group was treated with the levofloxacin ophthalmic solution,and the control group was treated with ofloxacin. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two group were observed and compared. Result:The total efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 91.4%and 73.3%,respectively, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Before treatment,the bacterial culture-positive rate of the observation group and control group were both 100%,and after 2 weeks of treatment,the bacteria seroconversion rate the observation group and the control group were 85.7%and 73.3%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Patients of the two group were well tolerated with the drugs,and there were no systemic adverse reactions. Conclusion:Levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops has significant effect for the treatment of bacterial keratitis, with minor side effects,which should be widely applied.
