　　目的：分析动力加压钢板与有限接触动力加压钢板内固定治疗四肢长骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取本院骨科2010年5月20日-2012年5月20日收治的四肢长骨骨折患者120例作为研究对象。根据治疗方法的不同将所有患者随机分为观察组及对照组各60例，观察两组患者接受治疗后的治疗效果、再次骨折发生率、日常生活活动能力和关节功能评分情况，比较两组差异。结果：观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组接受治疗后的再次骨折发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的日常生活活动能力以及关节功能评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：使用有限接触动力加压钢板内固定治疗四肢长骨干骨折，可以明显提高其治疗效果，减少再次骨折发生率，改善患者的日常生活活动能力和关节功能。
　　목적：분석동력가압강판여유한접촉동력가압강판내고정치료사지장골간골절적림상료효。방법：선취본원골과2010년5월20일-2012년5월20일수치적사지장골골절환자120례작위연구대상。근거치료방법적불동장소유환자수궤분위관찰조급대조조각60례，관찰량조환자접수치료후적치료효과、재차골절발생솔、일상생활활동능력화관절공능평분정황，비교량조차이。결과：관찰조적치료효과명현우우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조접수치료후적재차골절발생솔명현저우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조적일상생활활동능력이급관절공능평분균명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：사용유한접촉동력가압강판내고정치료사지장골간골절，가이명현제고기치료효과，감소재차골절발생솔，개선환자적일상생활활동능력화관절공능。
Objective:To analyze the dynamic compression plate and the limited contact dynamic compression plate fixation of the clinical efficacy of the treatment of limbs long bone fracture.Method:120 cases patients with long bone fractures who admitted on May 20,2010 to 20 May 2012 as subjects were selected in our hospital orthopedic.Depending on the treatment,all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group patients each 60 cases,the groups were observed the effect of treatment after treatment,and the incidence of fractures again,activities of daily living and joint function scores were compared differences.Result:The therapeutic effect of the observation group were significantly better than patients in the control group(P<0.05);observed in patients treated again fracture incidence was significantly lower than patients in the control group(P<0.05);observation group patients with activities of daily living ability and joint function scores were significantly higher in patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of limited contact dynamic compression plate fixation of limbs long bone fractures,can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of fractures again,improve the patient’s activities of daily living and joint function.
