Ultrasonography%Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity%Comparative study
目的:比较分析同一组受试者运用多种方法检测获得的肱-踝动脉段脉搏波传导速度(brachial ankle pulse w ave velocity ,baPWV ),探讨将超声技术引入脉搏波传导速度检测的可行性及准确性。方法:纳入30例正常人,分别行日本Colin动脉硬化仪检测、联合多普勒超声及脉搏波传感器同步检测、仅多普勒超声检测baPWV ,并将结果进行比较分析。结果:动脉硬化仪检测得到的baPWV为(1118.20±176.42)cm/s ;将脉搏波传感器放置于肱动脉、多普勒探头放置于胫后动脉同步检测的baPWV为(1135.74±246.26)cm/s ;仅用多普勒超声分2次分别将探头放置于肱动脉及胫后动脉时测得的baPWV为(1048.96±117.24)cm/s。多普勒超声及脉搏波传感器联合应用与动脉硬化仪检测得到的baPWV呈显著正相关(r=0.549, P<0.01)。多普勒超声与动脉硬化仪检测得到的baPWV无相关性(r=0.277,P>0.05)。结论:联合运用超声多普勒与脉搏波传感器为PWV的检测提供了新途径,测量数据准确度较高;仅运用多普勒超声分2次检测PWV的方法误差较大。

목적:비교분석동일조수시자운용다충방법검측획득적굉-과동맥단맥박파전도속도(brachial ankle pulse w ave velocity ,baPWV ),탐토장초성기술인입맥박파전도속도검측적가행성급준학성。방법:납입30례정상인,분별행일본Colin동맥경화의검측、연합다보륵초성급맥박파전감기동보검측、부다보륵초성검측baPWV ,병장결과진행비교분석。결과:동맥경화의검측득도적baPWV위(1118.20±176.42)cm/s ;장맥박파전감기방치우굉동맥、다보륵탐두방치우경후동맥동보검측적baPWV위(1135.74±246.26)cm/s ;부용다보륵초성분2차분별장탐두방치우굉동맥급경후동맥시측득적baPWV위(1048.96±117.24)cm/s。다보륵초성급맥박파전감기연합응용여동맥경화의검측득도적baPWV정현저정상관(r=0.549, P<0.01)。다보륵초성여동맥경화의검측득도적baPWV무상관성(r=0.277,P>0.05)。결론:연합운용초성다보륵여맥박파전감기위PWV적검측제공료신도경,측량수거준학도교고;부운용다보륵초성분2차검측PWV적방법오차교대。
Objective:To explore the feasibility and accuracy of detecting the brachial -ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV ) by ultrasonography technology through the comparative analysis of the results of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity detected by multi-method in the same group of subjects .Methods:Thirty cases of healthy people were enrolled .Three kinds of methods (①Joint using of Doppler probe and pulse wave sensor simultaneously .②Using Doppler probe only .③Using Colin arteriosclerosis detecting device) were applied to detect baPWV .Then the results were compared and analyzed .Results:The baPWV (brachial pulse wave-tibial Doppler) was (1135 .74 ± 246 .26) ,when the pulse wave sensor was placed in the brachial artery and the Doppler probe was placed in the posterior tibial artery simultaneously .The baPWV (Doppler) was (1048 .96 ± 117 .24) ,when the Doppler probe was placed in the brachial artery and the posterior tibial artery in two times respectively .The baPWV(arteri-osclerosis detecting device) was (1118 .20 ± 176 .42) ,which was detected by Colin arteriosclerosis detecting device .There were positive correlations and no statistical significance between the test result by arteriosclerosis detecting device and the test result when the ultrasonic Doppler probe was placed on the left posterior tibial artery while the pulse wave sensor was placed on the left brachial artery (r=0 .549 ,P<0 .01) .There were no correlations (r=0 .277 ,P>0 .05) and obviously statistical significance between baPWV(Doppler) and baPWV (arteriosclerosis detecting device) .Conclusions :Joint applying the ultrasonic probe and the pulse wave sensor provides a new method for the detection of pulse wave velocity .This method is with high accuracy and worth to be used in clinical area and to be further spread .Detecting pulse wave velocity by only using Doppler probe has more error rate .
