企业要在激烈的竞争环境中获得更多的竞争优势,必须重视企业的绩效创造。影响绩效的因素有很多,基于知识分享视角的研究较少。该文从知识分享视角就影响员工绩效的因素进行了分析和研究并得出:知识分享对员工的绩效有比较大的正向影响;这种影响没有受到年龄、学历、司龄的影响。本文的研究结果为企业提供了不同的管理视角和决策支持。

If the enterprises want to get more competitive advantages in the fierce competitive environment, they must pay attention to the performance. There are many factors affecting performance, but research based on knowledge sharing perspective is less. This article analyzes and studies the factors affecting employee performance from the perspective of knowledge sharing:knowledge sharing has relatively large positive effects on the performance of employees; this effect is not affected by age, educational level, age of the secretary. The results of this study provide different management perspectives and decision support for enterprises.
