改革开放以来，建筑业发展迅速。然而目前，我国建设工程招标代理工作并不是十分完善，相关从业人员素质良莠不齐。笔者结合多年从业经验，分析了建设工程招标代理工作存在的主要问题，然后提出了加强招标代理工作的有效对策，以供国内招标代理企业、行业管理部门参考和借鉴。
改革開放以來，建築業髮展迅速。然而目前，我國建設工程招標代理工作併不是十分完善，相關從業人員素質良莠不齊。筆者結閤多年從業經驗，分析瞭建設工程招標代理工作存在的主要問題，然後提齣瞭加彊招標代理工作的有效對策，以供國內招標代理企業、行業管理部門參攷和藉鑒。
개혁개방이래，건축업발전신속。연이목전，아국건설공정초표대리공작병불시십분완선，상관종업인원소질량유불제。필자결합다년종업경험，분석료건설공정초표대리공작존재적주요문제，연후제출료가강초표대리공작적유효대책，이공국내초표대리기업、행업관리부문삼고화차감。
Since reform and opening, the construction industry has developed rapidly. However, at present, the construction project tendering agency work is not very perfect, and practitioners' quality is not good. Combined with years of experience, the paper analyzes the main problems of construction engineering bidding agent work, and then puts forward some effective measures to strengthen procuratorial work, providing reference for the domestic bidding agent enterprise and industry management department.
