灌河大桥主4号墩承台为哑铃形,墩位处水深、潮差大、水流流速快,选用双壁钢围堰进行承台施工。文中对围堰的设计、制作、下水、运输、吊装定位下放等关键技术进行了介绍。通过对钢围堰加工制作质量的控制、关键焊缝的检测、安全运输、整体吊装及定位下放,顺利完成了承台施工。
灌河大橋主4號墩承檯為啞鈴形,墩位處水深、潮差大、水流流速快,選用雙壁鋼圍堰進行承檯施工。文中對圍堰的設計、製作、下水、運輸、弔裝定位下放等關鍵技術進行瞭介紹。通過對鋼圍堰加工製作質量的控製、關鍵銲縫的檢測、安全運輸、整體弔裝及定位下放,順利完成瞭承檯施工。

The pile cap of the No.4 main pier of the Guan-he bridge is designed in shape of dumbbell structure ,and the pier is in the deep water in which there are large tidal range and fast flow velocity, and the double-wall steel cofferdam for construction of pile caps is taken.In this paper,the design, making,transportation,water cofferdam,lifting and positioning of key technology of decentralization were introduced,and by the steel cofferdam manufacture quality control,the key of weld detection, safe transport,integral lifting and positioning down,the construction of pile cap was successfully completed.
