当前超深井钻柱安全性评价仍采用静力学方法,无法合理描述钻柱的动态安全性。通过建立超深井钻柱的动力学模型,并利用节点迭代方法和Newmark方法对其进行离散和求解,随后在分析钻柱动力学特性的基础上,利用动态应力求得钻柱的动态安全系数。通过不同钻压、转速条件下计算钻柱的动态安全系数,较好地确定了钻柱的合理工作参数范围。以塔标1井身结构三开井眼为例,得到了塔里木盆地超深井311.2 mm井眼所用钻柱的合理工作参数。

Static methods presently used for safety assessment of drill string in ultra-deep oil wells can not properly describe the dynamic safety of drill string.In this study,a dynamic model of drill string in ultra-deep oil wells is established and then discretized andsolved by using a combination of node iterative method and Newmark’s method.The dynamic safety coefficient of drill string is de-rived from the dynamic stress based on the analysis of dynamic characteristics of drill string.A rational range of drilling parametersof drill string is determined through the calculation of dynamic safety coefficient under different conditions regarding weight on bitand rotary speed.Further,the drilling parameters of drill string are optimized for 311.2mm diameter boreholes of ultra-deep wells inTarim Basin by taking an example of the third spud section of Tabiao-1 casing program.
