目的:探讨情景模拟教学法在异位妊娠见习教学中的应用效果。方法85名学生随机分为两组,实验组采用情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统见习授课方法,内容均为异位妊娠。通过学生反馈满意度调查、期末理论考试、临床技能考核综合评价教学效果。结果实验组学生的满意度、理论考试成绩、临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组。结论情景模拟教学法能够全面培养学生理论知识、操作技能等综合能力,在妇产科见习课中值得推广应用。

목적:탐토정경모의교학법재이위임신견습교학중적응용효과。방법85명학생수궤분위량조,실험조채용정경모의교학법,대조조채용전통견습수과방법,내용균위이위임신。통과학생반궤만의도조사、기말이론고시、림상기능고핵종합평개교학효과。결과실험조학생적만의도、이론고시성적、림상기능고핵성적균고우대조조。결론정경모의교학법능구전면배양학생이론지식、조작기능등종합능력,재부산과견습과중치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of scene simulation teaching in clinical novitiate of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Eighty-five students were randomly divided into two groups. They were trail group(scene simulation teaching) and control group(traditional teach-ing). Teaching content of both group was ectopic pregnancy. The teaching efficacy was evaluated with student's degree of satisfaction, theo-retical exam and clinical skills test. Results Students'satisfaction, theoretical scores and clinical skill scores were all higher than control group. Conclusion Scene stimulation teaching could help students improve their comprehensive capacity of theory and manipulative skills. It was worth generalizing in clinical novitiate of gynecology and obstetrics.
