目的分析功能性便秘(FC)患者的精神心理特点,并根据其特点给予相应的护理干预,提高其治疗疾病的信心,改善生活质量及预后.方法应用ZUNG氏焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS,SDS)对60例FC患者和年龄、性别、体重指数相匹配的30例健康对照者进行问卷调查,对两者之间的精神心理评分进行比较；给予患者心理护理和健康教育干预1个月,观察患者临床症状评分及SDS、SAS评分的变化.结果 FC患者SAS、SDS标准分显著高于健康对照组；经过护理干预1个月后,FC患者的SAS和SDS标准分较治疗前明显降低,临床症状改善总有效率为56.7％.结论 FC患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁倾向,护理干预可以改善FC患者的焦虑抑郁状态,改善患者的临床症状,达到标本兼治的目的.

Objective To analyze the mental psychological characteristics of the patients with functional constipation.According to its characteristic and to give corresponding nursing intervention and improve the life quality and prognosis.Methods ZUNG's anxiety,depression self rating scale (SAS,SDS) were used to investigate sixty cases of FC patients and 30 matched healthy patients with the same age,sex and body mass index,the mental scores were compared.All the patients received psychological care and health education intervention for one month,The clinical symptoms score and SDS,SAS score were observed.Results SAS,SDS standard scores of the patients with FC were higher than those in the control group significantly ; Through the nursing intervention a month,SAS,SDS standard scores of the patients were lowered significantly,the clinical symptoms had been improved,the total effective rate was 56.7％.Conclusions Patients with FC have the abnormal state of mental obviously,nursing intervention can improve the state of anxiety and depression in patients with FC,improve the clinical symptoms of patient,achieve the purpose of curing.
