　　目的：研究中药在预防髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓方面的临床效果。方法：以我院2010年2月～2013年2月收治的74例髋关节置换术患者为研究对象，对患者进行随机分组，研究组37例采用中药治疗，对照组37例采用西医治疗，对两组治疗前后股静脉血流速度及肢体周径变化等进行比较分析。结果：两组患者肢体周径均明显改善，组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；中药研究组患者股静脉血流速度优于西药对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中药预防髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成效果确切，与西药华法林疗效基本相当，在改善血流速度方面由于西药组，且临床无任何毒副作用，安全可靠，可进行临床推广。
　　목적：연구중약재예방관관절치환술후심정맥혈전방면적림상효과。방법：이아원2010년2월～2013년2월수치적74례관관절치환술환자위연구대상，대환자진행수궤분조，연구조37례채용중약치료，대조조37례채용서의치료，대량조치료전후고정맥혈류속도급지체주경변화등진행비교분석。결과：량조환자지체주경균명현개선，조간차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；중약연구조환자고정맥혈류속도우우서약대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：중약예방관관절치환술후하지심정맥혈전형성효과학절，여서약화법림료효기본상당，재개선혈류속도방면유우서약조，차림상무임하독부작용，안전가고，가진행림상추엄。
Objective:To study clinical effect of TCM medicine in the prevention of hip arthroplasty deep vein thrombosis aspects. Methods:In my hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were treated 74 cases of hip replacement patients for the study, patients were randomized to study TCM treated group of 37 cases with the control group, 37 cases with modern medicine treatment, before and after treatment of femoral vein blood flow velocity and limb circumference changes were compared. Results: The patients were significantly improved limb circumference, difference between the groups is not statistically significant (P>0.05); TCM medicine study group patients femoral vein flow velocity than modern medicine control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: TCM medicine preventive after hip replacement deep venous thrombosis have exact effect, with roughly equal efficacy warfarin medicine in improving the blood flow speed due modern medicine group, and patients without any side effects, safe and reliable, can be applied.
