以一种轮式拖拉机为研究对象,基于小波分析和多元线性回归分析的方法,探讨了拖拉机在不同行驶速度、不同激振频率下,其前轴和后轴振动对座椅振动的影响。研究结果表明:在不同速度下,拖拉机前轴、后轴振动对座椅振动的影响具有不同的变化趋势。当行驶速度增大时,前轴振动对座椅振动的影响没有显著变化,后轴振动对座椅振动的影响则显著增加;随着分析频率的降低,前轴振动和后轴振动对座椅振动的影响均显著增加。在人体敏感的频率范围0~10Hz 内,尽管前、后轴振动对座椅振动均有显著影响,但后轴振动比前轴振动对座椅振动的影响更为显著。研究结果可为改善拖拉机座椅的舒适性设计提供理论依据。

Using the wavelet analysis and multiple linear regression analysis method , this paper investigated the vibration relationships of a wheeled tractor among the tractor front axle , rear axle and the vibration of a tractor driver’s seat in dif-ferent speeds and different excitation frequencies .The results showed that there were different change trends with speed increase between the front axle and the back axle .It is not obvious that the influence of the front axle vibration on a driv-er’s seat vibration at different speed.However, influences of the back axle vibration on a driver ’s seat vibration were en-hanced significantly with speed increase .The study also found that influences of the front axle and the back axle vibration on vibration of a tractor driver’s seat were significantly increased with frequency decreasing .The front axle and the back axle affected a driver’s seat vibration significantly in low-frequency band (1 to 10 Hz).Furthermore, the back axle in-fluenced the seat vibration more significantly than the front axle .This study provided theory basis for improving the com-fort of a tractor driver’s seat.
