　　以重庆为例分析了丘陵山区农业机械化发展的制约因素以及对策。丘陵山区农业机械化发展整体落后于平原地区，主要制约因素在于丘陵山区的自然条件不适合大型和规模化农用机械，农村过剩劳动力转移和三次产业就业结构转换滞缓，城乡收入差距拉大造成农民对农用机械购买力不足，以及丘陵山区种植制度与结构、农民文化科技水平偏低、农业机械技术服务网络不健全等。

This is a case study of Chongqing on the restriction factor and countermeasure of agricultural mechanization in mountain and hill areas.The overall development of agricultural mechanization in mountain and hill areas is behind plain areas.The restriction factor include natural condition in mountain and hill areas does not apply to large and scale agricul -tural machinery,the transfer of rural surplus labor and the slowly transform of employment structure of three industries , urban-rural income gap caused peasants lack of purchasing power of agricultural machinery ,plant systems and structures , peasants’ low level of culture and technology ,network of technical service of agricultural machinery is not perfect ,and so on.
