电源与启动系统是提高自走式番茄收获机电气系统稳定性的关键之一。为此,分析了自走式番茄收获机电源与启动系统工作原理,设计了该系统的电路;通过计算,确定了系统中发电机功率、启动机功率以及蓄电池容量,选定了发电机、启动机和蓄电池的型号;设计了系统的电线束。通过在4FZ-30型自走式番茄收获机样机上进行验证表明,该电源与启动系统能够长时间在田间复杂作业环境下安全稳定运行,满足自走式番茄收获机电气系统的要求。
電源與啟動繫統是提高自走式番茄收穫機電氣繫統穩定性的關鍵之一。為此,分析瞭自走式番茄收穫機電源與啟動繫統工作原理,設計瞭該繫統的電路;通過計算,確定瞭繫統中髮電機功率、啟動機功率以及蓄電池容量,選定瞭髮電機、啟動機和蓄電池的型號;設計瞭繫統的電線束。通過在4FZ-30型自走式番茄收穫機樣機上進行驗證錶明,該電源與啟動繫統能夠長時間在田間複雜作業環境下安全穩定運行,滿足自走式番茄收穫機電氣繫統的要求。

Power and start system is one of the key to improve the stability of the electrical system of self -propelled tomato harvester.This article describes the working principle of power and start system of the self -propelled tomato harvester, design the system circuit;By calculating, identified the generator power, the starter power and the battery capacity of the system; selected the model of generators , starter and batteries;designed the system's wiring harness.In 4FZ-30 self-propelled tomato harvester prototype show that the system can safe and stable operation a long time in the field of complex operating environment, it can meet the requirements of self-propelled tomato harvester electrical system .
