稻谷(或糙米)的安全贮存含水率在14%以下,低水分糙米硬度和脆性较大,在碾米加工过程中裂纹米多且碎米率较高,碾米加工能耗增加,大米表面光洁度也较低。为此,利用基于加湿理论的数学模拟方法,建立了薄层加湿动力学模型,并开发了糙米加湿调质模拟软件。
稻穀(或糙米)的安全貯存含水率在14%以下,低水分糙米硬度和脆性較大,在碾米加工過程中裂紋米多且碎米率較高,碾米加工能耗增加,大米錶麵光潔度也較低。為此,利用基于加濕理論的數學模擬方法,建立瞭薄層加濕動力學模型,併開髮瞭糙米加濕調質模擬軟件。

Rice safe storage moisture content below in 14%, the low moisture content of brown rice hardness and brittle-ness, in milling process of crackle rice and broken rice rate higher , rice processing and rice consumption increased , sur-face smoothness is also lower.Based on the theory of the mathematical simulation method of humidification , humidifica-tion established TLC dynamics model ,and the development of brown rice conditioning simulation software.
